To help the Organization Transition to a Strategically Managed Enterprise. Krause-Gentle owns over 400 convenience stores in 13 states and has appreciated a very accelerated growth rate. The organization had begun to outgrow its current method of management and leadership and needed to find ways to continue to perpetuate its high-performance culture as it anticipated future growth.

WHY! worked with the leadership team to define a vision, mission and values reflective of the company's tremendous success. and drive it with Key Result Areas monitored by Key Result Measures. Then we developed a plan of action driven by a strategic framework and measures to drive high-performance throughout the organization by cascading it through the field operations to the store management.

Results:

The WHY! Company delivers results. Our first project was to apply Six Sigma principles of quality to our cost of risk. We moved both our incident rate and cost per claim down. this had an immediate impact on our cost of General Liability and Work Comp insurances
