Course Description: WHY! Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt Certification Training is a twenty-day class designed to teach team advisors how to facilitate team meetings, provide expert statistical analysis guidance, provide expert facilitation guidance, and a rigorous approach to continuous process improvement.
