Course Calendar: Green Belt structure (2 Days a week for 5 weeks over a 2 month period of time plus (2) 5-Day weeks.

Course Description: WHY! Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt Certification Training is a twenty-day class designed to teach team advisors how to facilitate team meetings, provide expert statistical analysis guidance, provide expert facilitation guidance, and a rigorous approach to continuous process improvement. The outline is the same as the LSS Green Belt with more advanced statistical topics covered in Measure, Analyze and Improve.
