Course Description: WHY! Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Introductory Session is a 1½ Hour introduction that provides an overview of the Lean Six Sigma methodology, vocabulary, and approach to continuous process improvement. The WHY! program will highlight the importance of team facilitation skills for Project Champions and introduce an effective Project Management System that offers Statistical, Process Mapping and Project Management tools to ensure efficient completion of projects.
