The question is the answer.™

A one day session to provide the Leadership Team with a general overview of Six Sigma and the STAR Program. The objective is to ensure the Leadership Team will be strong Champions of the program and be able to provide the required support to ensure the program's success.
The first half of the session (morning) will define Level 1 & Level 2 Process Maps and identify performance gaps. The afternoon session will drill down on the performance gaps to filter and charter meaningful projects. Participants include the designated Green Belt Project leaders and management/leadership personnel.
With the selected projects clearly defined we will work through the Six Sigma GB material applying the tools directly to each participants project. The projects will be worked on in parallel with the learning. Between sessions/training days, the participants will be given clear direction on what needs to be accomplished prior to the next training session. The participants will "report out" their projects status at the beginning of each subsequent session and be prepared to apply the new learning's to keep the project progressing and on track.
Yellow Belt training is designed to provide project Team Members with a working knowledge of the Six Sigma methodology and tools. The information presented will provide the Team Members with the ability to seek information between sessions and allow them to be effective participants in team meetings to drive completion of the selected projects.
The Team Leaders will be governed by the Business Guidance Team (BGT). The BGT is made up of the organizations senior leadership team which meets periodically (2x/month for 1-2 hours) to assist in the direction of the efforts and ensure that projects are being pulled through to completion. The BGT ensures support is provided and the necessary information and resources are available. WHY! Company will attend the BGT meetings.
WHY! Company will provide follow-up Project/Team support and consulting as needed to ensure successful project completion. WHY! will assist the Project team to address any obstacles to keep the project on track. Project support will be provided through meeting attendance, BGT, phone, e-mail, on-line meeting, etc.
After an initial review of the organization and its ambition and potential to create value, we will establish an agreeable price and break the total into four equal parts over a set period of time. First payment is due at kick-off and the last payment is held until the guarantee is satisfied.
The final installment, typically 20-25% of the total project, is due ONLY when the Business Guidance Team signs off that the projects have, or are certain to, provide a savings, return on investment of at least the outside investment.
